James Thomas age 5 from Dublin

• Waiting 2.5 years for his "annual" Spina bifida multidisciplinary team (MDT) clinic.
•  Hip and knee contractures and dorsiflexion in ankles but no physiotherapy since February 2020.
• Has had to pay privately for orthotics and wheelchair due to lack of community services.
  
• Due urodynamics (X-ray to measure bladder function) 2 years ago however not considered a priority. 
• Attends urology privately due to public waiting times.
