• Waiting 2 years to be seen at the "annual" Spina bifida multidisciplinary team (MDT) clinic.
• Has not been seen by a consultant Urologist in 2 years.
• ​Waiting on orthopaedic surgery for more than 2 years.
• Due to delays he is no longer able to use his standing frame.
