Siobhán age 15 from Cork

• Has never attended a Spina bifida multidisciplinary team (MDT) clinic.
• Has had many procedures and several surgeries on her feet over the years.
• Has previously had urology and spinal surgery.
• Currently seen by a Paediatric neurologist every 1 to 2 years but won't be seen after August as she will be 16.
• No transition plans in place for transfer to adult neurology services.
• Attends multiple separate orthopaedic and urology clinics with little coordination between them.
