Eddie age 8 from Kildare 

• Eddie requires 5 surgeries by the time he is 12 years old. He is now 8 and is still waiting for the second surgery to be completed.
• Waited two years for Orthopaedic surgery.
• Waiting on further Orthopaedic surgery
  
• Has not been seen "annually" at the Spina bifida multidisciplinary team (MDT) clinic. 
• Also currently waiting on dental surgery.
•  Eddie is a fun-loving full of life wheelchair user. He is attending mainstream school and he loves it. He is extremely social and outgoing and has been attending stage school from the age of 4. He loves music, singing and performing on stage.
