• ​Diagnosed in 2020 with tethered spinal cord, she is experiencing gait deterioration and foot turning inwards due to nerve damage.
• Unable to obtain surgery in Ireland due to waiting lists and her symptoms are progressively getting worse.
• Had surgery completed privately in Great Ormond Street Hospital London to prevent further bladder and mobility deterioration.

• Will require orthopaedic surgery to correct foot drop and foot turning in.
• No access to HSE Orthopaedic consultant in Ireland.
