We would love to have our own wait list data so we can interpret what the real story is with the children who are waiting as CHI data is inaccurate. We know that CHI lie about their data
- Previously we at SBH_PAG collected data via google forms, see version we used here this was for a different purpose and the child's data/name etc. would be totally anonymous on the wait list site
- Google forms, would be our preference so it will auto come into google sheets and then can be used pivot tables, fancy charts that can update on web similar to this draft page I am showing here. We would need help in getting the raw data displayed in tables etc.
- If the data could be displayed into a google sheet then we could embed that code onto our website to auto publish, we use weebly for our website www.sbhpag.com we could have 2 sections, 1 for scoliosis and one for spina bifida. Scoliosis advocacy network prob need their own website but Úna can do this for them in time
- Scoliosis Advocacy Network collected data using survey monkey. Claire will give Una samples and she can link here
- We would like 1 x google form to collect all data, (Need help with writing this) then we would send a new version to parents quarterly or possibly 2 forms we need to think if we should have 2 x separate google forms. Prob start small
- Our hope would be to collect data quarterly, i don't know if we will get parents to do a new google form every month and if our data is not accurate then we are screwed. CHI display their data monthly here as shown in this link
- Ideally we would give each child a unique ID number, should it be their CHI number or bad idea in case there is data breach
